Extension of LHD CARE Contract to Hong Kong Fire Services Department

We are pleased to announce that the Hong Kong Fire Services Department (HKFSD) has just awarded a new contract for providing a comprehensive Managed Care and Maintenance Services (i.e. LHD CARE) to our LHD Group Hong Kong subsidiary company for two fixed plus one optional years starting from 1 Oct 2022. LHD Group has been providing the LHD Care service to HKFSD since 1 April 2011 and we are proud to say that our complete and professional service provided had earned the trust and recognition from our client.

HKFSD consists of about 11,000 members with about 13,000 sets of firefighting protective suits which were also supplied by LHD Group, under the LHD Care services currently. The LHD Care for the HKFSD covers wide scopes of service including the door-to-door collection and delivery, professional programmed cleaning & drying, germ kill, decontamination, inspection, repairs, records and lifecycle tracking services.

With the comprehensive and tailor-made to suit individually clint’s need service modules – from washing, inspection, and repair – the LHD CARE System guarantees the best possible service for your protective clothing, extending beyond the mere production.
