With individually combinable service modules – from washing, inspection, and repair through to a rental service for protective suits from an emergency pool – the LHD CARE System guarantees the best possible service for your protective clothing, extending beyond the mere production.

In this respect, the LHD offers an advantage for fire services and enterprises by avoiding the risks or errors in their washing or repairing articles themselves, risks or errors which could influence the safety of the wearer. By means of professional washing and drying – suspended in special drying cabinets – as well as spray impregnation, which, in particular, does not affect the functionality of the membrane it is thus ensured that the product life cycle is lengthened. In the case of damages which are determined in the visual check, the clothing is repaired immediately on site. This ensures constant control and repair of any damage.

The emergency pool which has already been in operation for a number of customers has proved its worth. The possibility of being able to obtain protective clothing at any time ensures constant operational readiness even when the customer’s own clothing is contaminated or damaged. The LHD has now decided to extend the emergency pool to provide customers this rental service independent of washing. The clothing can be returned after wearing and subsequently treated to professional treatment and then stored again in the emergency pool.
