LHD Group Fire and Rescue Business to join Lakeland Industries

The acquisition will transfer LHD Group Deutschland GmbH including the subsidiaries LHD Group Australia P/L and LHD Group Hong Kong Ltd. from Kantaras Investments Pte. Ltd. to Lakeland Industries, a United States based company. The transaction is expected to close in May, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including receipt of regulatory approvals.
